What your subscription does for you

More than a place to save a sheet.

CORE / YOUR WEEKLY FOUNDATION

Keep the information you used to bury.

Save the car’s baseline, the setup you brought to the track, the changes you made, and the driver’s feedback in a connected record. Next week, you have more than a loose sheet: you have the context behind the setup.

Follow the weekend

Checklists help the crew prepare. Race-session records keep practice, heat, and feature notes with the correct car and weekend. End-of-week reports bring the recorded weekend information together for review, so the team can carry what it learned into preparation for the next race.

Print labels for your inventory

Use shared inventory for the team’s parts while keeping individual component records. Print inventory labels with QR codes to connect the physical tire or component to its RDT record. The crew can identify the item and reach its recorded information without searching through handwritten tags or retyping its details.

Know which tires belong to which driver

Keep tire identities and notes tied to the driver’s track tire inventory. Where track rules require it, a tire fitted to the car must be in that driver’s official inventory or the driver can be disqualified. RDT helps organize your records; the track’s official eligibility rules still apply.

Build useful tire notes

Keep observations with the tire so you can learn a new division tire, compare its behavior, and make more informed decisions about continued use.

Coverage: One active car and one track/event per calendar week. Geometry Basics includes datum/origin, XYZ mapping, frame-height stations, shock mounts, component lengths, and visual reference.

PRO / MORE CARS, MORE CONTEXT

Turn individual records into comparisons.

Pro adds room for up to three active cars and unlimited tracks/race weekends. Keep each physical chassis and driver’s feedback separate while giving the team a shared view of its work.

Compare changes with results

Lap-time imports and setup/performance comparisons help connect what changed on the car with what happened on track. Look back at the recorded conditions and driver comments when deciding what to try next.

Manage component life

Life and service tracking help you review an individual component’s history instead of treating every item in the inventory as interchangeable. Tire history is especially valuable when credits are limited and the team keeps the left-front tire in service longer.

Control team access

Advanced permission controls support different responsibilities within the crew. Every member uses their own account, and authorized users receive access to the app areas needed for their role.

Start using geometry

Basic geometry and a choice of two premium geometry modules add calculation and analysis capability beyond simply storing measurements. See the geometry coverage section below.

Coverage: Everything in Core, up to three active cars, and unlimited tracks/race weekends.

ALL ACCESS / THE COMPLETE GEOMETRY PACKAGE

Understand the car beneath the setup.

All Access includes Pro coverage, all premium geometry modules, and advanced modeling. It is the tier for teams that want to investigate chassis geometry alongside their setup and track records.

Work from your actual chassis

Chassis mapping gives measurements a consistent home on the physical car. Modeling and engineering tools help explore how the entered mounting locations and adjustments affect calculated geometry.

Learn from recorded evidence

Setup Intelligence is intended to help surface relationships in the data you have collected. Its value depends on complete, consistent records; it cannot guarantee a setup or a finishing position.

Bring a builder into the discussion

Chassis-builder sharing provides a route to discuss selected car information with the builder or engineering contact you authorize. Sharing should follow your team’s access decisions. The subscription does not promise a builder’s consulting time or a paid service.

Keep the same team model

All Access includes up to three active cars. Additional active cars require paid coverage; this plan does not remove the car limit.

The final released scope of Setup Intelligence, advanced engineering tools, and builder sharing is being confirmed. These descriptions explain the All Access offering rather than promising every tool is currently available on every platform.

Inventory labels and weekly reports are included in every plan.

Core includes both, and Pro and All Access retain that coverage as your team grows.

INVENTORY / QR-CODE PRINTING

Put the record with the part.

Print a label for the inventory item and use its QR code to connect it with the digital record. Keep similar tires and components identifiable across the shop, trailer, and race weekend.

The label helps you find the correct item’s notes and history. A printed RDT label does not replace a track’s official tire registration or eligibility requirements.

END-OF-WEEK REPORTS

Finish the weekend with something to learn from.

Review the recorded setup, session notes, changes, and results in the weekend report. Print or export the report to keep a useful summary for your team’s review.

Use it to discuss what worked, what needs attention, and what to prepare for next week. The report reflects the information your team entered; consistent notes make the review more useful.

Geometry coverage

Record it. Calculate it.
Investigate it.

CORE

Geometry Basics

Establish the datum and origin, map XYZ coordinates, record frame-height stations and shock mounts, keep component lengths, and use the visual reference. These stay with the chassis as its measured foundation.

PRO

Basic geometry + two modules

Use Geometry Basics and choose two premium modules from Front Suspension & Roll Center, Rear Suspension, Steering / Bump Steer / Ackermann, Dynamic Geometry, and Chassis Verification. Your choice is locked for the billing cycle.

ALL ACCESS

All premium geometry

Access the complete premium geometry package and advanced modeling covered by the released All Access offering, without choosing only two modules.

Which geometry areas are covered?

The premium modules are Front Suspension & Roll Center; Rear Suspension; Steering / Bump Steer / Ackermann; Dynamic Geometry; and Chassis Verification. Core includes Geometry Basics, Pro includes Basics plus two selected premium modules, and All Access includes Basics plus all five. Available calculations depend on the supported vehicle and suspension architecture.

Explore the Geometry page for detailed explanations of chassis mapping, mounting points, front geometry and roll center, ride-height analysis, visual references, and baseline remeasurement.

Grow your coverage

More cars. The same team.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVE CAR

$4.99 / month per car

The additional-car offering extends coverage beyond the three active cars included with All Access. Each additional active car adds its own recurring charge; adding a driver or crew login is different from adding a car.

Example: A four-car team on monthly All Access would total $24.98/month before any applicable taxes. Additional-car coverage requires All Access.

Additional-car coverage is a monthly charge. Review the billing terms shown in Stripe before confirming.

GEOMETRY MODULE ADD-ONS

$4.99 / month each on Pro

Add premium modules to Pro when you need more than your two included selections. All Access already includes all five premium modules.

When less than half the current billing cycle remains, the approved first-cycle amount is 50%; renewals are at the full module rate. Review the actual first charge and renewal shown at checkout.

Archived cars do not use an active-car slot.

Keep historical cars distinguishable from the cars you actively run. Archived cars are excluded from the subscription’s active-car count. Adding another driver to the same physical chassis does not create another car; keep the driver’s sessions and track tire inventory identifiable.

Before you subscribe

Understand your coverage and billing.

How do the annual plans save money?

Pro costs $116.91 for a year, compared with $155.88 for twelve monthly payments: a $38.97 saving. All Access costs $179.91 for a year, compared with $239.88 monthly: a $59.97 saving. Both provide twelve months for the cost of nine, a 25% saving. Annual pricing is the full yearly charge, not a monthly payment.

Does every member need a subscription?

No. The subscription covers the team and its cars. Every member should use their own login and receive authorized access from the team. Do not share one login across the crew.

What happens with multiple drivers?

Keep the records associated with the correct driver and physical chassis. Car coverage counts active cars, not driver logins. Driver track tire inventories must remain separate wherever the track’s rules require individual ownership or eligibility.

Where do I manage, change, or cancel my subscription?

Use the billing provider shown on your purchase receipt. The Subscriptions page links to the available provider management pages and explains how to get billing help. Upgrade timing, proration, refunds, renewal terms, taxes, and local-currency totals follow the terms shown by that provider at purchase; this page does not set a separate refund policy.

Can I purchase on this website now?

Use the secure Team Billing page to sign in, check the connection, and continue with a team you own. Do not make a second purchase solely because access has not appeared; use Restore Purchases where available or contact support.

Does canceling a subscription delete my account?

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate. Removing the app does not cancel recurring billing. Use the billing provider to manage a subscription and the account-deletion instructions to request deletion.
